Our 1st NAR Meet of 2010 is only a few months away and to help prepare properly for the event the Regional Events are listed below. So prepare and good luck.

  • Open Spot Landing
  • Sport Scale
  • "C" Egglofting Altitude
  • "C" Egglofting Duration
  • "A" Boost Glider (Multi-Round 120 sec max)

SPECIAL "FUN" EVENT - (Not an Official NAR event)

F Super-Roc Altitude.
Patrick is personally offering a prize of $50 to the winner of this special event.

RULES

  1. Contestants in this special event must enter and make an official flight in at least one of the NAR events listed above.
  2. Super-Rocs must be at least 10 feet long
  3. Super-Rocs must make a safe, stable flight using a single F motor or a cluster of motors with a total impulse in the F class (40.01 - 80.00 N-s)
  4. Highest altitude as measured by an on-board altimeter wins.
  5. No more than 2 Super-Rocs (or at most 2 flights) per contestant.



The Bluegrass Rocketry Society (BluesRockS) is a club committed to having family oriented rocketry events.  Our launches are open to the entire family and we encourage rocketeers of all ages to participate in our exciting sport.  We fly rockets of all sizes and types.  Help us spread the joys of recreational and educational model rocketry throughout Kentucky by participating with BluesRockS.
